The first base has changed a lot since the beginning.
What started as a primitive, unfinished settlement in the Western Rainforest has now been slightly expanded and fully upgraded from thatch to wooden structures. It is stronger, more organized, and much more functional than before but it will not become the main base.
Instead, Base_001 will remain exactly what it was meant to become - the first shelter, the first farm, the first stable point on the map, and a place where part of the tribe can continue living and working while the journey moves forward.
The next major goal is much bigger.
Right now, I am exploring the map and searching for the right location for the future main base - a place large enough to support the kind of tribe I want to build. My long-term goal is not just to survive, but to create something memorable - a large, powerful, well-organized tribe that will remain part of my own Soulmask history.
The current base is no longer just a simple shelter. It now has more working stations, more structure, and a better rhythm around daily survival. Progress is slowly moving from the bone armor and weapon stage toward the bronze era, which already makes the world feel different. Every upgrade opens new possibilities, but also makes it clear how much more work is still ahead.
The tribe has grown as well.
At the moment, Valiant Explorium has around 30 members, and 6 of them are classified as ninjas - the strongest people in the tribe so far. They are the ones I usually travel with when exploring, fighting, or pushing deeper into unknown areas. Having them around makes the world feel less lonely, but also makes every expedition feel more serious.
There is also a new animal in the settlement - a jaguar.
The garden has expanded too, and this has made a huge difference. With more crops and resources available, cooking has become much easier and more reliable for the entire current tribe. What used to feel like a small survival corner is now slowly turning into a working food system - something that can actually support the people living there.
So, Base_001 is no longer the rough beginning it used to be.
It has grown.
It has been upgraded.
It has become useful.
But it is still only the first chapter.
The real search has now begun - the search for the place where the main base will rise, where the tribe will grow far beyond its current limits, and where Valiant Explorium can become something much larger than a small settlement in the rainforest.
For now, the first base remains behind as a farm, a safe point, and a reminder of where everything started.
The next home is still somewhere out there.
